EA/PA to Co Founder

Job Title: Private and Business PA - Office Based
Salary up to £42,000 per annum
Location: Mayfair

We are currently working for a Private Family who are looking for an office based Private/Business PA to support a Co-founder in his daily duties. The role covers all the business aspects, from diary management to travel, minuting of meetings, booking family holidays, ordering cars, booking private jets, to collecting dry cleaning.This role is for someone who is willing to turn their hand to anything, and who will do it with a smile.

The company are based in their own luxury private office, and main focus of business is commercial property. So we are looking for someone with an interest in Property (not essential to have worked in it) you will be a polished professional who is used to supporting at senior level.

You will need to know Excel and Word to an advanced level, and be prepared to undertake an personality test during the interview process! You will assist with staffing in the household and be an excellent communicator at all levels.
