Our client, a boutique but rapidly growing law firm with offices in the heart of the City, is seeking a Senior Receptionist to join their team on a fixed term contract basis, covering maternity leave.
This role will start mid to end of April.
Hours for this role are 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The Senior Receptionist will be responsible for heading up and managing the Reception function, with both Front of House and Back Office duties - due to the size of the firm, we are seeking a candidate who will be happy to support with general office and facilities administration as well.
Acting as first point of contact for all visits, preparing meeting rooms, and managing a busy switchboard, you will also be responsible for supervising the junior Receptionist, liaising with facilities related contractors, ordering supplies, and signing off all invoices related to Front of House.
Additional duties will include ordering refreshments and catering for meetings and functions, setting up AV for meetings, managing incoming and outgoing post, as well as overseeing all archiving requirements, and taking responsibility for updating the firm's library and managing subscriptions.
To secure this role, we are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' Reception experience, ideally within the Legal arena, and a proven track record of managing a Reception function.
