HR Assistant - £22,000 - 26,000 plus bonus! - City

My client, a global media company have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team. This is a brand new role as the business is growing rapidly, with scope to make the role your own.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking course sign up, attendance, inviting attendees
  • Event organisation and planning
  • Coordinating room setup and materials required
  • Tracking online training requests
  • Researching and sourcing additional resources or content suggestions based on training calendar and hot topics
  • Engaging managers and people with development opportunity announcements
  • Releasing our L&D products
  • Sending follow up materials to people who attended
  • Managing the evaluation of courses, analysing responses and managing observations of impact
  • Sharing feedback with the business
  • Compiling reports from 360 feedback
  • Spotting and analysing trends from reviews to provide an overview

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years' work experience organising or providing admin support to a busy office
  • Experience working with different levels of people/customer facing
  • Happy handling calendar conflicts and organising events
  • Previous experience as an L&D Administrator
  • Previous experience in media, sales or a commercial background would be a bonus.
  • This role required a confident self starter with a can do attitude and the desire to learn and grow. Candidates need to be highly organised with excellent communication skills as they will be dealing with people on all levels. Strong Excel skills would be a bonus!
