Do you have excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience? Would you describe yourself as a 'people person'? If so, this Team Administrator role could be perfect for you! Working for an award winning, leading Global business, based in offices in a vibrant and stylish part of North London, this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Team Administrator to join an existing team of inspirational people in a busy and varied role.

This Team Administrator role is fundamental in the smooth running of this particular division of a hugely successful firm, so if you love being the 'go to person' and spinning lots of plate's at once, this is ideal! You'll enjoy a varied remit which includes:

- Supporting Managers with a range of admin, from organising diaries and arranging meetings to making sure the right post gets to the right person
- Liaising with clients as the first point of contact for a wide range of questions and queries, either dealing with these or passing them on to the relevant team or person
- Supporting with a range of marketing and communication activities this includes coordinating and attending events, ensuring company branding and message is consistent and clear, supporting marketing initiatives to ensure maximum attendance at events and liaising with all parties to ensure a strong outcome
- Preparing a range of management reports to support team in their activities (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Ensuring all visitors have a positive experience, managing front of house as needed

The successful candidate for this Team Administrator role will need:

- Previous administrative experience gained in an environment that is focused on the customer
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- To be the sort of person that really wants to get involved you'll be as equally at home tackling a pile of photocopying as you are being the face of a customer event
- Some exposure to marketing - although this aspect of the role will only be approx. 15% of your time, a passion for this would be beneficial
