Renowned Radio and Entertainment Giant - HR Manager

Our client is one of the best-known Entertainment and Radio Groups in the world, who are now looking for someone to join their London office as a HR Manager.  Working within a very successful team and across all disciplines of the business, this is a Generalist role which will see you become an essential component of this business.  Initially on a six-month contract, this role will report into the Head of HR Operations and will see you managing two people and working in a team of around 12 people.

This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, demanding environment, where no two days are the same and who wants to grow within a position and take on lots of responsibility.

Duties for this position will include, but are by no means limited to:

•      Developing and implementing appropriate attraction strategies for the right candidates
•     Ensuring new structures and strategies are effective, cost-effective and for the benefit of employees
•     Guiding your team on all levels of Employment Law and policies
•     Managing talent and developing strategies to retain and develop talent
•     Ensuring all general admin and processes are carried out by your team
•     Working with Head of Learning and Development on training needs in your areas
•     Working on ad hoc projects to improve life for employees and generally making the office a great place to be!
