My client, a very successful accountancy firm based in the City of London, are looking for an HR assistant.
Working part time - 4 days a week - this role sits within the HR team and is a very varied position.
Duties to include;
*Managing graduate recruitment schemes - from advertising to interviewing and managing the onboarding process
*Updating and issuing training guides to new trainees
*Booking staff on external courses
*Assisting with regular staff appraisals
*Keeping HR records and databases compliant
*Providing ad-hoc reporting on requests
*Managing the company social media presence
*As well as any additional admin support to the wider HR team
This very varied role requires somebody who is well organised, proactive and bright. A character who is calm under pressure, able to multitask and is confident with a professional and flexible approach.
You must have experience within a similar HR Assistant / Admin role.
Having managed the recruitment cycle previously is essential, and any exposure to managing a company's social media presence would be highly advantageous.
They are a fantastic firm to work for, with very high staff retention. They reward their staff and provide a great working environment.
