Our client, an exciting media and tech agency, is looking for a top PA and Office Manager to join their lively London team. The company are growing massively at the moment and working on some really interesting projects, so this is a great time to get involved and make the role your own.
As PA you will support 5 senior directors including the CEO. Your duties will include managing their ever-changing diaries and booking extensive international travel, plus drawing up detailed itineraries. You will process invoices and undergo administrative support for all 5 of the directors. You may also be able to get involved with projects on an ad hoc basis. In terms of Office Management, you will ensure that the office supplies are kept topped up, and you will liaise with suppliers and contractors to keep the office ship shape. You will also be responsible for organising events throughout the year.
You must have at least 2 years’ previous experience as a PA, preferably supporting senior directors within the creative industry. You will be meticulously organised and proficient in MS packages. You will be liaising with lots of people both within the company and externally so you must be a confident communicator with perfect written and spoken English.
