PA to Two Executive Directors

A permanent PA job supporting two Directors in all aspects of office support. The job is based in Stratford.

Your new company

This organisation works closely with the Olympic Park and the regeneration of the surrounding area. The area over time will include homes , Universities , shops and other attractions.

Your new role

You'll be providing support to both Directors simultaneously on a daily basis. The key duties include heavy diary management and line management of the teams administrator. You'll also be in charge of drafting and responding to letters and other correspondence. Finally you'll be arranging and preparing all meetings which will include minute taking . Finally you'll be in charge of general and other adhoc admin duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be a success in the role you must have experience at supporting at to director level or above. Other essentials that the client is looking for is strong IT and organisation skills along with the ability to juggle a busy and changing workload. Finally strong communication and relationship building skills are also key skills that the clients looking for in the chosen candidate.
