Trading Floor PA

Working in a leading global investment firm, you will support a team on the Trading Floor. This outstanding US-headquartered house has multiple successful investment platforms and this role is to work in one of the most high-profile. The office has a friendly and warm environment, whilst maintaining a corporate feel.

The role will include classic Team Assistant duties, such as extensive diary and inbox management, booking international travel and maintaining databases and distribution lists. Working with driven, high-achieving professionals, you will be the 'go to' person, dealing with general enquiries, being first point of call on the phone. Bright and able to think independently, you should always be willing to go the extra mile to get a job done to perfection.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced working in a Trade Floor environment
• Able to build relationships at all levels
• Confident on the phone, have an excellent communication style both written and spoken
• Able to prioritise and cope under pressure
• Meticulous - with high attention to detail
• A team player, flexible and proactive, with a 'can-do attitude', willing to be on hand as and when needed, to ensure an amazing job is always done

To apply you must be immediately available and have at least 3 years' supporting a team in a finance firm. Preference will go to candidates with Trading Floor experience.
