Team PA - Investment Team

ISE is delighted to offer this Executive Assistant role in a top global Hedge Fund, supporting a team of top Investment professionals in their London office.

Due to the need to ‘hit the ground running’, the client will be giving preference to applicants with alternative investment sector experience.

Duties will be classic in principal, but excellent Executive Assistants at this firm can build more:

• Diary coordination for four – two heavy users
• Meeting logistics and full preparation
• International travel management
• Internal and client liaison
• Administration – you will be a highly organised multi-tasker

The ideal candidate will have:

• A confident phone manner and excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with an open, non-confrontational style
• Excellent prioritisation skills – able to juggle busy diaries, with conflicting priorities and frequent changes
• The ability to cope under pressure and work in a team
• A transparent work style
• Flexibility, be pro-active and confident, with an open/can-do attitude
• Intermediate or advanced in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook skills

This is a busy and diverse role, requiring someone who enjoys thinking ahead – you will be able to work out the 'what ifs' before they happen, provide a seamless and sophisticated service at senior level and demonstrate an understanding of the aims of the associates, enabling you to make strong decisions on their behalves.

Experience-wise, preference needs to be given to those with alternative investment sector support experience, most recently, due to the involved nature of the role.  Other corporate sectors may be considered.
