HR Manager at Sheffield Law Firm – c£50k

One of the leading law firms in the region is looking for find a driven and experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner to join their team. Replacing someone about to head off on Maternity leave they envision this role lasting at least 12 months, and ideally want to hear from candidates available to start work immediately.

Working closely with your practice group as well as the wider HR team, practice group managers and other senior stakeholders your role will be a varied role covering business partnering (developing and delivering on HR plans within the group, working with L&D to ensure the best training for solicitors and support staff, supporting the group through the HR cycle etc.) as well as dealing with ER and working with the centralised resourcing team.

They are looking for and experienced HR professional (2 years’ plus experience at HR Manager or HRBP level), ideally CIPD qualified who has a solid background in professional, commercial environments.

Preference will be given to candidates from a law firm or similar professional services environment (accountancy, consultancy, architects etc.).
