We are looking for an all-round Office Assistant / Marketing Assistant with an impressive work ethic, who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in from day one. Working from the Founder’s home this is a unique chance to join an exciting new brand that is going places, and where you will be able to develop your career long term.
Office Administrator / Operations Assistant
- Basic office administration
- Managing all social media accounts including writing blogs
- Writing press releases
- Stock control, customer services and shipping orders
- Organising sample garments
- Organising meetings and diary management
- PA support to Founder
- Organising photo shoots
- Booking global travel
- Event planning
- Coordinating and attending international trade shows twice a year
The ideal Team Assistant / Operations Assistant / Luxury Fashion Office Coordinator will have:
- 6 months + office experience
- Keen to work in start-up environment – highly changeable and high pressured
- Educated to degree level (or equiv.)
- Willing to start at the bottom and work your way up
- Ideally some experience working in a creative industry, fashion or luxury goods or a start-up
- Ideally experience in social media and or marketing / marketing assistant
