We are looking for an all-round Office Assistant / Marketing Assistant with an impressive work ethic, who doesn’t mind rolling their sleeves up and getting stuck in from day one. Working from the Founder’s home this is a unique chance to join an exciting new brand that is going places, and where you will be able to develop your career long term.

Office Administrator / Operations Assistant

  • Basic office administration
  • Managing all social media accounts including writing blogs
  • Writing press releases
  • Stock control, customer services and shipping orders
  • Organising sample garments
  • Organising meetings and diary management
  • PA support to Founder
  • Organising photo shoots
  • Booking global travel
  • Event planning
  • Coordinating and attending international trade shows twice a year

The ideal Team Assistant / Operations Assistant / Luxury Fashion Office Coordinator will have:

  • 6 months + office experience
  • Keen to work in start-up environment – highly changeable and high pressured
  • Educated to degree level (or equiv.)
  • Willing to start at the bottom and work your way up
  • Ideally some experience working in a creative industry, fashion or luxury goods or a start-up
  • Ideally experience in social media and or marketing / marketing assistant
