Unique Head Reception role for Luxury Business Club

Tiger recruitment are currently recruiting for a fantastic, Luxurious Business Club, located in the heart of London, in search of a professional and charismatic Head Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hard-working, experienced Receptionist looking for career progression and the opportunity to manage a fabulous team of three in a beautiful, culturally stimulating environment.


They are a super close-knit team, looking for someone confident and engaging to join them and provide impeccable service to their clients and resident members. In their stunning offices, you will be acting as the first point of contact to their important guests thus, customer service, presentation and a cheerful personality are essential in this role. 

As well as general reception duties, you will be highly involved with overseeing the main desk, as well as, having two others reporting into you; constantly leading by example.  A super varied role, incorporating a wide range of different aspects, including the potential to get involved with elements such as Office Management. You will, of course, additionally and always be acting as the first point of contact to any members and private parties, as well as, as an ambassador to the company. Considering this, excellent presentation and communication skills are vital. Moreover, you will be highly involved in the organisation of client entertaining and liaise and build strong relationships with all of their clients and resident members.
 

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. One will have previous experience on Reception and be open to taking on more responsibilities; eager to provide support whenever necessary.
