Supporting a team of 3 Senior Partners who are demanding, incredibly busy but also lovely, this PA / EA will be a key part of this high profile deal team. To succeed in this family-feel investment firm, this PA / Executive Assistant will be a driven high performer, a natural organiser and someone who thrives on exceeding expectations and constantly being one step ahead. Standards are high here and the nature of the role is very deadline-driven and constantly changeable with multiple, conflicting priorities, meaning you’ll need to be able to demonstrate similar experiences from your work history and is goes without saying that team-work with your fellow EA / PA team should be second nature.

• Back to back and constantly changing global diary, travel, and expenses
• Extensive reporting, board pack preparation and presentations
• Extensive liaison with portfolio clients
• Full, proactive and intelligent administrative support throughout deal life-cycle
• Covering other PA desks to support business needs

The ideal PA / EA / Executive Assistant / PA to Partners

• Private equity / boutique finance experience
• PA / EA or Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting at senior level
• Happy to muck in at all levels
• Outstanding English grammar
• This PA / Partners PA / PA to Partners should have immaculate personal presentation
