A leading investment banking company is in need of a Personal Assistant to sit within the Roadshow team, an integral part of the business. Based in Central London, the team is well respected for their high level of service and timely approach to managing equity roadshows, conferences and other client-focused corporate access events. Therefore, having an interest in the coordination of events and the opportunity to liaise with external client will definitely be beneficial. The team has a strong rapport with each other, and enjoys a social and fun departmental atmosphere. This is a busy and demanding environment so having a high level of confidence and a proactive attitude will be crucial, especially when handling diary management, scheduling meetings and booking travel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sparky individual who is keen to secure an exciting and varied position within a reputable company.

Skills/Experience Desired;

  • Experience supporting with diary management and travel bookings preferred.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills
  • Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Team player
  • Confident and vibrant attitude towards work.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work under extreme deadline pressure at times
  • Confident in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, Outlook Calendars
