Graduate Recruiter, London

The role is to assist with the global attraction and recruitment for the International Graduate Programme and Summer Internship Programmes.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Manager with the planning and implementation of the hiring strategy
  • Co-ordinate all forms of advertising and profile raising activity and providing support for sourcing and development of new marketing techniques
  • Manage all job postings and general administrative duties supporting this activity
  • Assist in the organisation and facilitation of all recruitment events on and off campus attending such events
  • Assist in screening CV's and conducting initial screening interviews
  • Process applications, reviewing assessments and managing candidate pipelines.
  • Deal with candidate queries and managing the candidate experience from interview through to offer and acceptance
  • Assist with the on-boarding process of successful candidates

Requirements:

  • A minimum or 2 years recruiting at the Graduate or early careers level
  • Experience working in professional or financial services is essential
  • Degree educated
  • Experienced in using databases and ATS’s
  • Experience in an office or administrative environment
  • Being able to work at pace and having the organisation skills to handle high volume applications
  • Driven, ambitious with a positive attitude
  • Hands-on attitude with a flexible but strategic approach – able to work on own initiative
  • Fluency in additional languages to English such as German would be preferred but not essential
  • Team player who is well organised and can remain calm and professional under pressure whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of working with contracts of employment, and knowledge of immigration procedures – e.g. employment visas
