Receptionist for a Global Trading Company!

This Global Trading Company, based in The Gherkin across three floors is looking to recruit a Receptionist. They are a corporate business with over 3000 customers worldwide. They are looking for a confident, well presented and exceptionally polite Receptionist to join their friendly team. They are seeking someone who will show initiative and take direction well, especially at busy periods. You will be acting as first port of call for established clients and internal employees both face to face, over the phone and via email.

Key Duties:

  • PA and administrative tasks including responding to administration requests for meetings, lunches and recording staff leave and absences
  • Assist with travel booking and business visa applications
  • Management of meeting room availability and preparation as well as organising refreshments as and when necessary
  • Working on specific projects, particularly on report writing for activities undertaken by the Front of House team
  • Meet and greet guests
  • Manage Telephony (answer and direct calls appropriately and maintain VC directories)

You must be comfortable with using Microsoft Office suite, have excellent time management skills along with strong organisational skills. You will be confident in dealing with incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, resolving simple technical problems and prioritising your workload.
