This career opportunity as Lettings Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the friendly Wapping based Lettings team: liaising with applicants and clients, producing property details and providing a PA service to the Regional Partner.

*Organising property launches including handling invitations and liaising with caterers
*Tagging keys and maintaining key register system
*Preparing adverts and updating the window
*Producing instruction letters
*Compiling terms and conditions of business
*Producing property details and lettings lists
*Updating internet and database
*Liaising with property board company
*Maintaining filing systems
*Mail merges for quarterly review and mail outs
*Producing purchase orders
*Maintaining monthly renewal sheet
*Ordering stationery etc
