Your new role

• To ensure that customers are looked after from the moment that they book until the time of their departure.
• To help plan and implement departmental strategy and ensure that both company and customer goals are met
• To maximise revenues through upselling
• Ensure continuous communications are carried out with various departments to ensure a smooth operation
• Carry out training and development as well as inductions
• Monitor and review team members on a regular basis
• To ensure that competitors are monitored
• Monitor KPIs and ensure deliveries

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years experience within a leadership role
• Microsoft Office
• Confident in taking initiative and strategy
• Understanding of change
• Understand the department

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a salary of up to £25,000 plus benefits
