An experienced PA is required for a growing architecture company in Abingdon. £28-30k.

Your new company
A respected Architects in Abingdon are seeking two experienced PA's to join their growing team based in Abingdon. Their offices are easily accessible by public transport and there is roadside parking nearby. You will be working alongside another PA and will be joining a small and collaborative team of Administrators who provide support to the whole office.

Your new role
The purpose of the PA role is to allow the Partners to free up their time in order to carry out all of their non-administrative tasks effectively. To achieve this, you will be required to provide high level support to two Partners; manage their diaries and appointments, respond to emails on behalf of the Partners and coordinate all meetings. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of different projects alongside the administrative team as required. In addition to your PA duties, you will also be mucking in to a variety of administrative tasks such as ISO auditing, audiotyping and setting up IT equipment for meetings.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have demonstrable experience providing PA support at Director level, be proactive and forward thinking. You will enjoy and be willing to muck into a mixture of different duties and be a team player. Furthermore, you will have a strong working knowledge of the full MS Office and an ability to type at 60wpm.
