Graduate Junior Office Administrator – Temp to Perm

A successful private equity company based in the city of London are searching for a fantastic, switched on graduate to join their team. This opportunity would enable the right candidate to gain valuable client-facing experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

The role will include supporting the London office team

speaking with clients in order to keep them informed about new and existing products. You will build relationships with clients providing high levels of service through responding to enquires, emails and telephone calls. The role is varied and will also include producing reports and presentations, dealing  with presentations and other aspects of general administration.

You will have:

*Strong customer services skills

*Excellent team-working skills

* A degree

*Experience in a financial environment

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Overview and management of meeting rooms
  • Preparing mailing lists, labels and reports
  • General reception duties
  • Order office supplies
  • Expences
  • Update of client data
  • Handling petit cash
  • Internal organisation of team activitites
  • Diary Management
  • Organising travel
