Immediate Start - minimum period for 2 months -
My Client international trading house based in the City is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to assist the HR team with a backlog of work.
Duties will include producing contracts of employment, and documentation for contractual changes, administration and induction for joiners, assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining spreadsheets, updating the database, running reports as well as supporting the HR Head with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage all HR filing and administration for the department.
- Responsible for ensuring that the HR database is up to date for reporting purposes.
- To manage and maintain employee files electronically and soft copy and archive as necessary.
- To manage the attendance and absence process for the bank.
- To work with the Head on all visa/work permit procedures and liaising with the UKBA
- To assist the Head in producing the monthly payroll.
- To assist with the new joiner process.
- To assist with the leaver process.
- To manage the employee reference process for both joiners and leavers
- Monitor and manage the probation process liaising with managers where necessary
- To deal with all incoming email and correspondence.
- Assist with updating the company benefits
- To manage the process for all loans within the bank, liaising with finance where necessary
- Assist the team with recruitment, including short listing and setting up interviews.
- To provide monthly statistics and reports from the database as and when required.Education /Skills/Experience:
- Graduate calibre
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role.
- Good administration skills
- High Attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication

- Able to meet and exceed customer needs
- Self starter
- Excellent people management skills
