Established Recruitment firm supporting Private Equity houses and Hedge Funds, is seeking a proactive individual to join the team, and contribute to the smooth every day running of the business.

This is an opportunity to join a friendly, dynamic and open team, as the company continues to expand. This is a varied role for an ambitious individual with scope to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients and candidates
  • Handle telephone calls
  • Coordinate client meetings
  • Format CVs
  • Arrange interviews.
  • Process invoices, payroll, order supplies.
  • Assist with project work
  • Plan company events.

Requirements:

  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Administration and Customer service experience
  • Team player and adaptable
  • Touch typing
  • Good Excel skills

This is an immediate start role, for a permanent opportunity in Central London.
