Are you a career temp PA who has a prestigious level of experience working within the banking, finance or banking industry?

Our Private equity client, who has amazing open plan offices with a view to die for are looking for a career temp or a temp who would be available to commit to at least 5 weeks, spread over May - July. They ideally want the same PA to help cover various holidays which are booked. 

2 bookings of 2 week stints and 1 separate week. 

The role will provide PA cover to different partners on different weeks and will involve 20% database management, 50% PA support managing busy diaries and travel plans with adhoc PA duties. The office is quiet and require a very down to earth PA who is able to fit in easily and work alongside various personalities. 

There is always lots of work to do, so having a pro-active work ethic is really important. If this goes well, there could be lots of opportunity for future cover. 

  • Provide first class PA support 
  • Provide a professional office environment
  • Present a high quality, professional image externally
  • Complex diary management (using Outlook) arranging numerous meetings, business lunches, dinners, corporate entertainment and personal events
  • Extensive travel arrangements nationally and internationally
  • Accurate typing of emails, letters and complex itineraries
  • Basic excel inputting and manipulation
  • Typing of presentations using PowerPoint
  • Answering telephones, taking messages and dealing with queries where appropriate
  • Undertaking basic company research on websites
  • Updating of the company contact database
  • Completing monthly expenses/ filing/ other ad hoc projects as they crop up

You will have the following attributes:

  • Intelligent, professional, organised and enthusiastic PA with good attention to detail
  • Strong inter-personal and communication skills and a desire to help out others when possible
  • High quality English, spoken and written
  • Experience of all aspects of office administration in a professional services environment (prior financial services experience an advantage)
  • Highly proficient in the use and application of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience of audio typing an advantage
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively
  • Confident telephone manner
