Our client, a well know Corporate Finance Advisory firm based near London Bridge, are looking to hire a part-time EA on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate are able to choose whether they would like either 3 full days or 5 half days.

The role will be to support 2 HR Professionals and 1 Compliance Professional within HR and Compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organise travel and produce travel itineraries where applicable  
  • Manage and prioritise information flow, i.e. calls, contacts, emails
  • Support client needs document management, and issuing engagement letters
  • Deal with admin queries and issues on all levels when necessary
  • Submit weekly expenses
  • Planning and organising of client events
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business

Requirements:

  • Intermediate skills in word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time and projects effectively
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Experience in similar field, i.e. financial services or accountancy
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Fast thinking, proactive and confident
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads and remain calm under pressure
