Fashion EA - Temporary

Our client is one of the world’s leading fashion house and they need a temporary EA for 6-8 weeks to start as soon as possible in the beautiful west end offices.

You must have previous EA experience, this role is 75% diary and travel management and organisation, as all the Directors are all over the world with ever changing plans!  If you do have previous Fashion experience that is ideal, however not a requirement. Responsibilities:

• Support 5 Directors and the Head of HR
• All diary management
• International and domestic travel organisation
• Board meeting packs creations
• Presentation editing
• Administration when required

Requirements:

• Extensive EA experience, looking after multiple Directors
• Previous fashion agency experience ideal, not required
• Good MS Office and communication skills

Rate:

£18 per hour
