PA to HR Director -Global Recruitment Company - West End

A leading and globally recognised recruitment company located in the heart of the West End is seeking an PA to support their newly appointed HR Director who is joining the business in April 2017; this is as a key hire within the senior management team and the PA recruited into this role will be in a visible and hugely trusted position.

This is a unique opportunity to use your recent and demonstrable experience at senior level to add value to an HR Director who has plans to transform the HR function and needs a trusted adviser in his PA to make this happen. He is seeking someone able to multi task with ease who wants to be in a role where your proactivity will be fully utilised.

With impressive offices and a hugely notable client list you are looking for the opportunity to support and work with an extraordinarily busy executive who relies on there being a focused and committed PA available at the end of the phone or email!

Duties will include:

  • Intricate diary management that will take into consideration global time zones and will be subject to frequent change.
  • Managing the preparation and execution of all board prep; including sending out itineraries, research, pulling together reports, taking minutes and following up on action points.
  • Extensive global travel planning that will be comprehensive, multi stop and rely on your knowledge of visas and currencies.
  • Expenses management that is deadline driven.
  • Working within a team of cohesive PA's in the ExCo team who work closely together when under pressure and support each other; being a team player is essential for this role as you will be working alongside two senior PA's with access to an assistant for these three busy executives.
  • Supporting very different personalities so the ability to juggle these and manage timelines effectively.
  • Working in a very pre-emptive and anticipatory way consistently thinking about what is best for your executive.

Experience of working within another global recruitment company would be welcomed but experience of working within professional/financial services at senior level will also be considered.

Located in the heart of the West End, the hours for this role are 8.30am-6pm.
