As an integral member of this W1 based specialist Investment company, you will enjoy a full and responsible role supporting an incredibly busy and ambitious CEO providing general office management support for the Financial Controller and Investment team.
This thriving company is now seeking experienced and dynamic EA / Office Manager who would relish being a key member of a highly professional team that provides investment solutions to high net worth individuals and entrepreneurs.
You will have significant experience in asset management within a boutique environment coupled with a passion for providing outstanding client service. Excellent organisational talents, empathy, resilience and a great deal of initiative will be well rewarded.
This full EA / Office Manager role encompasses managing complex diaries and organising complicated travel, office and facilities management, HR support and generally ensuring that all aspects of the office run smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

*PA / EA / high level administrative experience, ideally within asset management within a boutique environment
*Experience managing complex diaries and organising complicated travel and itineraries
*Good standard of education
*Strong IT knowledge and experience of CRM system management

Key accountabilities within this EA / Office Manager role include:
*Extensive diary management for CEO and Management team
*Booking and managing complex and frequently changing travel arrangements
*Organising meetings and conference calls and preparing meeting rooms
*Assisting with inductions for new staff
*Updating and managing the analyst research library
*Maintaining and updating reporting information
*Updating the CRM system and running reports
*Reconciling credit cards and petty cash
*Working closely with IT suppliers and IT project managers
*Answering calls and taking messages
*Handling mail
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Binding presentations
*Ordering stationery and office supplies
*Acting as main point for contact for facilities issues
