My client, an exciting, forward thinking and integrated creative agency with some of the most exciting names in the industry, is looking for a top class PA to support the CEO (Mat Cover – 9month). This is a busy and varied role requiring a strong planner with the capacity to act as a right hand man/woman. You will be a real partner and heavily relied upon so excellent EA experience is required. Based in the very heart of Central London, you will be highly valued and in return for hard work and dedication, will be working alongside some of the most exciting talent in the industry, in a cool and buzzy office surrounded by some of the most exciting talent in the creative industry.
On a daily basis, you will be running the life of your exec. You will, through your impeccable organising and forward planning, act as an extension of your boss. You will be driven by providing first class support whether it be freeing up their time, working on projects, managing a hectic diary, organising presentation decks on short notice or running out to get lunch! Whatever is tasked, you will be driven to empower your boss and find them time in their otherwise hectic lives! You will have excellent experience handling diary management, travel booking, expenses, meeting organisation and all the basics and will go above and beyond to ensure the days run smoothly! You will also be fun with a good sense of humour!
Being a forward thinking, self-starter is a must in this role! You need to be someone who can really think on your feet and use your initiative to get the job done really well. Someone who is solutions focussed and understands the creative agency way of life is key!
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 4 years+ experience as a PA/ EA and have a genuine passion for advertising/ creative industry. You MUST have worked within advertising/media recently in a PA capacity. In character, you will be engaged, enthusiastic, and proactive and have strong initiative. You must be adept at working alongside a C-Suite level Exec and have the communication and organisation skills to match that level. Above all else, you must be passionate... about Ads, about being a PA and about people!
