We are looking for an enthusiastic and handy Runner/ Junior facilities Assistant to work at a great Ad agency. Our client is looking for a hardworking and helpful candidate who can ‘muck in’ with any task thrown your way, won’t be afraid of some heavy lifting and can keep up with the pace and energy of the creative team.
This varied and hands-on role calls for an individual with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills (who is willing to run that extra mile!). You will be on hand to support the office in the day to day running of this buzzy and fast paced office.
Your duties will include; managing the facilities of the office and liaising with contractors/suppliers, working alongside the IT teams, collecting deliveries from Reception (which can be heavy), setting up meeting rooms sorting and distributing internal/external mail, managing and maintaining databases, ordering office supplies ranging from stationery through to coffee, tea and milk, lots of general administrative tasks as required by the team and running as required.
You will also be on hand to check over office equipment, keep all cupboards neat and tidy at all times, carry out a daily check of all light bulbs, printers and all other office equipment and also assist with setting up meetings and events and internal moves as required.
We are looking for a practical runner, who is hard working, on the ball, has strong communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels. You should also be helpful, well presented and have an outgoing and friendly personality and a positive and can-do attitude.
