We are recruiting for a talent management company based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Business Development Exec/Account Manager to work within a busy team.
The Account Manager role is about managing and building client relationships to deliver profitable renewal and yield business across your account portfolio.
The Account Manager focuses on understanding the client and their challenges, identifying opportunities and then using their knowledge of our products and services to find appropriate solutions.
Another key aspect of this role is to collaborate effectively with all other parts of the organisation.
- Responsible for end to end account planning including research, documentation, and internal coordination across the business to ensure that each account has a clear and actionable plan that best meets the client's needs.
- Maintains and grows revenue streams from assigned client accounts by developing and maintaining multiple relationships
- You will need to support other colleagues in the scoping and delivery of client projects. You'll ensure that clients receive products and services to agreed standards of quality and on time by effectively managing and monitoring the process.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience within a professional services organisation, you will have a degree (or equivalent) and will be passionate about delivering an exceptional service to your clients.
