‘Big Four’ Financial Services firm is seeking an experienced Quality Strategy Manager to join a financial regulation project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the QA function and RCA team
  • Develop strategy, in line with client objectives
  • Liaise with the change and continuous improvement teams
  • Coordinate work stream and mitigate risks
  • Maintain and manage quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training and roll out new initiatives
  • Run reports, attend management meetings and provide update to Senior Leadership team

Requirements:

  • QA experience within Financial Services.
  • PPI/ complaints experience is desirable
  • Effective coaching and people management experience
  • Technical working knowledge of the complaint handling process.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Investigation and problem solving skills.
  • IT and database proficiency.

This is an ongoing contract until December 2017 (scope for extension), immediate start.
