This front of office position is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious Estate Agency in Maida Vale, acting as a first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers. Supporting the friendly and dynamic sales team, the environment is busy and exciting, with no two days the same!
No previous property experience is required; it is more important to be enthusiastic, adaptable and willing to assume an all round role within a lively sales environment. Lots of opportunity to get involved in social media and preparing and writing marketing material and brochures, requiring strong English language skills and IT literacy.
This Receptionist / Property Assistant is on a 10 month contract basis with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract.
Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

To succeed in this Receptionist / Property Assistant contract role, you will have:
*Some office experience within a customer focused environment
*IT literacy including Word, Excel and mail merge skills
*40 wpm typing
*High attention to detail
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Warm, welcoming and approachable personality
*Helpful, enthusiastic nature
*High standard of customer service
*Ability to complete a 10 month contract in Maida Vale
*High standard of personal presentation
Key accountabilities within this Receptionist / Property Assistant contract position include:
*Acting as key holder, opening and locking the office
*Meeting and greeting visitors
*Answering calls and handling enquiries
*Dealing with post
*Typing letters, mailouts and emails using mail merge
*Liaising with vendors and sellers
*Booking photos, floor plans, EPCs etc
*Creating brochures, flyers, window cards
*Booking and preparing artwork
*Ensuring office is tidy
*Downloading digital photos and floor plans
*Updating window displays
*Managing diaries
