Wild Berry Associates are working closely with a Global creative technology organisation who are recruiting for an experienced PA/EA to join their team and report into the CFO. This is a 6 month contract which could be extended.
Job Summary:
This is a great opportunity for someone with 4+ years of experience to grow with an organisation. The primary function of this position is to provide overall coordination of administrative duties within the Team. Primary duties include calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting. Additional duties include coordination with clients and finance teams to follow up on invoices, billing and collections. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced and strong organisational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide general administrative support to 3 or more executives
- Analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarise information and find solutions quickly
- Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to all levels of the team
- Working knowledge of mail processes such as postage machine, FedEx, and UPS
- Calendar Maintenance and Coordination in Outlook
- Facilitating scheduling of, and making travel and hotel arrangements
- Ability to coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to follow up on invoices, collections, time tracking and reconciliation
- Ability to draft communications and PR for client and team support.
- Support reporting and operations functions.
- Event Management planning.
- Ability to do research and strategic alliance with the team.
Job Requirements:
- Work requires knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language (oral and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Must be able to work in a highly collaborative team environment
- Must be able to support 3 or more executives at the same time
- One to two years related professional work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
