A fast paced and innovative organisation are looking for a proactive, motivated and friendly administrator to support their reservations team based in Crowthorne

Client Details

A fast paced rapidly growing leasing and fleet management business based in Crowthorne.

Description

The role of Reservations Administrator will include but not be limited to:

Process all reservations received by telephone and email

Record all amendments to bookings and ensure the supplier has received them

Provide confirmation bookings inline with SLA agreements

Produce and manage Audit reports

Support the Reservations Team Leader, Rental Service Delivery Manager and Head of Rental Operations

Profile

The successful candidate will have:
