Temporary Receptionist!

A fantastic temporary opportunity as a receptionist for one of our Clients based in central London. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in corporate reception and be confident in running the entire process of a busy reception area. The role will involve managing the reception area, meeting and greeting clients, general administrative duties and being a first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a busy role for an experienced receptionist. You will need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be well presented hard working, extremely professional and very proactive. You must be forward thinking and have had experience within a similar role so you are able to come in and hit the ground running.

Duties:

  • Managing the reception area
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Booking and managing meeting rooms
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Answering and re-directing calls
  • Liaising with different levels of staff within the company
