We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner who is looking to continue their career within a large Global organisation.

The role is working for a well-known creative technology company based within the heart of the City of London. This is an ASAP position.

You will be working with 250 employees within the organisation to help them fulfill their potential and realise transformational outcomes for their clients.

The role:

. You will be tasked with delivering core HR services and with taking a true partnership approach to your work, consistently bridging department needs with that of the broader company. You will provide objective advice regarding complex issues and coach managers on best practices including talent acquisition and retention, professional development, performance management, office culture, and employee career development.

Responsibilities:

  • Relationships: Build strong relationships across other people teams and communities of expertise to you support and your business partners with an aim to communicate and align strategy to meet business needs.
  • Operations: Measure and monitor existing programs and experiences. Partner with the rest of the HR team in addition to external specialists to execute initiatives and priorities within the organisations. This may include performance management, leadership development and 360 reviews, compensation and bonus planning, policy development and compliance, and terminations.
  • Strategy: Partner with leaders, managers and individuals to identify broad, chronic organisational challenges or opportunities. Craft and implement strategies to address everything from workforce planning and compensation budgets, to talent management and succession planning, reward and engagement strategies to performance management, and staffing strategies and organisational design.
  • Coach & Mediate: Create sustained solutions to manager, team, and individual challenges through a variety of coaching and mediation techniques. Regularly partner with Learning & Development to bring innovative and engaging programs where appropriate. This may include individual coaching for leaders on best practices to improve their people management skills, career and job coaching, and mediation between employees. About You
  • You will be successful in the role if you:
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role. You will have broad based knowledge of human resources best practices, employment law, benefits and compensation ideally across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and France. Must be proficient in the use of business software (Excel, KeyNote, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with HR Systems and reporting tools. Coaching certification and prior experience in professional services or technology/creative environment is a plus. You will also be Level 5 CIPD qualified.
  • Have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Comfortable facilitating executives, coming to the table with a point of view and simultaneously advocating and advising more junior talent

  • Strong people manager, adaptive approach to coaching and growing your direct reports, desire to understand their drivers and reward/recognise in line with their motivators
