This is a fantastic role for an experienced Studio or Office Manager looking to really "own" their own role and work within one of the most exciting and Creative offices and Award Winning Marketing Agenices based in one of the most famous buildings in Shoreditch.  This Internationally renowned Fashion Marketing Group of Companies based in London and New York not only works with all the top names in Fashion but also designs their own Denim label as seen on Netaporter !  As their Office Manager you will be the "go-to" person for a busy, energetic and friendly Head Office but Studio environment of 100 staff overseeing all aspects of office management making sure the Studio space runs seamlessly, visitors are happy and fellow team members are wanting for nothing!   The role covers general Facilities including Health & Safety, management of overall office look, security, telecoms, and IT liaison, management of office supplies, working with Interior Designers, Front of House Management including the supervision of a Receptionist, liaison with HR, assisting with management of Staff Benefits, and managing the Agency "Culture Club" and Social Events. INTERVIEWING NOW - APPLY TODAY.
