PA to Marketing Director - 6 month temp role

We are seeking a top PA to join a FTSE 100 company to work closely with and support the Marketing Director. This is an exciting 6 month role that will see you assisting the business through a very busy time with lots of new projects. If you are a natural organiser who enjoys working in a fast moving and dynamic team, this is the role for you. 

This role will see you assisting the Marketing Director with full diary and inbox management ensuring that all meetings are prioritised and scheduled. There will be a degree of gatekeeping to protect the Director's time. You will maintain a high level of confidentiality when working on upcoming projects. Part of your role will include expenses and reconciliations in line with project requirements. Confident with MS Office packages, you will assist with PowerPoint presentations, Word documents and proposals. 

We are looking for an organised individual who is always one step ahead of the curve. Previous experience supporting senior management in a dynamic business will show your ability. You will thrive in a busy environment and work well under pressure. A team player is an absolute must.
