EA - Temp to Perm - Top Investment Firm

An excellent opportunity to work for an outstanding global investment firm. This private equity business is flying at the moment and are very well regarded in the market. They have an opportunity for an experienced EA to join their team in a temp to perm position supporting a small team of busy executives.

AS an EA you can expect your day to involve booking meetings, arranging complex travel, booking venues, processing expenses, conducting research and assisting with events. There will be a strong focus on scheduling meetings with internal stakeholder as well as external contacts and ensuring the CRM system is updated with the highest attention to detail. 

The ideal candidate will be detail orientated. We would like to see someone who has come from a financial services or professional services background in a similar role. You will have an interest in the finance industry. Most important is the right attitude; we are looking for a team player who is happy to assist at all times, Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be essential.
