JOB DESCRIPTION

In your position you will work independently supporting the London colleagues in office management. Your focus will be on ensuring the success of everyday office operations and smooth communications between management, employees, clients and the German headquarters, for which you will be the main contact person. Among your various tasks, you will cooperate with the HR department in Germany, manage contracts with external law firms, client billing work with accountants and assist in Business Development processes. You will also assist in organising events and in projects from the marketing department.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent in English and German; other European languages desirable

Qualification in business administration; legal, accounting or editorial etc.

2-5 years experience as an Assistant or Office Manager

Excellent communication and numeracy skills
