Executive PA

Location: Regent’s Park, London

Salary: £38,000-£43,000 per annum

We’re looking for an Executive PA to support our Deputy Dean and Associate Dean in their work advancing the School’s ambition.

Make an impact on the future of our School

Our Degree Programmes department designs and delivers the School’s portfolio of degree programmes, including Masters in Management, Masters in Financial Analysis, MBAs and Masters in Finance in London, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. Our world-class global programmes are incredibly important to us and joining us as Executive PA, you’ll juggle multiple projects that cross both the Deputy Dean’s (DD) and Associate Dean’s (AD) office, ensuring the smooth delivery of all activity. As part of this, you’ll:

  • Proactively manage a heavy workload of time, correspondence and travel priorities
  • Ensure both the DD and AD understand their priorities for the day/week/month
  • Establish excellent working relationships with the DD and AD, as well as key faculty and senior staff
  • Conduct data collection and prepare reports for the DD and AD to review
  • Take ownership of day-to-day support including minute taking and following up actions
  • Anticipate the needs of the team and driving initiatives forward proactively.

What we’re looking for

  • A degree, along with experience in higher education or a corporate environment
  • High levels of customer service orientation
  • Strong organisational and project management skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for research and writing
  • Experience in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word to an advanced level
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives essential
