The Role

This is a permanent position, based in London, with salary dependant on experience.

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the business, meeting and greeting clients.

Your position will be full of variety, including taking and directing calls, managing post, booking meetings, managing and inbox and distributing emails, maintain the boardrooms, arranging couriers, assisting with events, booking taxis, ordering stationery and more. You will also assist with PA support such as diary management, scheduling meetings, processing expenses etc.

This role has come up as the current Receptionist has been promoted into an EA opportunity within the firm. Looking past day one and into the future and you also have the opportunity to progress down a similar career path.

The Candidate

  • You will have either Reception experience or Administration experience
  • Corporate presentation
  • Excellent phone manner
