TEAM ASSISTANT - WEST END LAW FIRM

My client, a small and friendly solicitors firm with offices in London and Paris, are looking for a bilingual Team Assistant to join them on a temporary basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a Legal background (education or experience), who speaks French, and is looking for the first or next step in their career and to gain some excellent experience.

The role will include responding to emails and answering telephone calls, as well as assisting with day-to-day office administration.  There will also be the opportunity to assist the two Partners with research.  The successful candidate will be well presented, extremely well organised, and have an excellent attention to detail.  A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
