Team Assistant to Global Marketing Team - Temp

A Marketing Team within a global Social Media firm, requires the support of an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Team Assistant.

This contract is for a minimum of 2 months, and based in this very well known client's London office. If you are a self-starter, capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within a friendly yet fast-paced environment - this role is perfect for you! You must be immediately available, as interviews are to start imminently.

Supporting a global team, you will:

• Help schedule meetings across multiple time zones
• Manage multiple busy diaries
• Support senior leaders
• Manage and process expenses
• Arrange comples travel schedules
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Key requirements:

• Experience within Marketing is highly desirable
• Able to work in a fast paced / ever changing environment
• Able to react to last minute changes
• Effective administrator
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong diary management skills
• Able to work to tight deadline
• Excellent attention to detail
