My client, a creative agency is looking for an Operations Manager to join their amazing London office. You will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the finance and operations divisions. You will be responsible for their 3 office but will be based in central London.

Key Operations Manager duties include facilities and office management such as liaising with suppliers, dealing with landlords, external contractors and the council. You will also ensure meeting rooms are maintained, setting budgets and ensuring all 3 offices are maintained to a high standard and deliver high customer services to guests. You will also be responsible for project management on specific divisional projects, assist the Finance Director and help maintain a planning tool to track divisional activities. Candidates MUST have Nebosh or an equivalent qualification and experience of managing a team.

The ideal candidate must have prior office and facilities management experience within the media industry. You must have experience of managing projects and delivering to a high standard.
