Part time Contract - E.A. for Slick Boutique Finance House

My client is a highly successful Finance House who is looking for a part time E.A. to step in and support their Senior Partner whilst his E.A. goes on sabbatical. The contract is for 5 to 6 months and will see you work alongside one other E.A. who will cover the 2 other days of the week, your role will typically include  the following:- gate keeping, extensive diary management, setting up meetings and conference calls, overseeing all travel arrangements, some personal correspondence and be able to give general ad hoc support to this small team. This office has a real family feel, a really lovely company in a fantastic location in beautiful offices. Our client is flexible on days and open on sector experience, key is a polished, confident, warm, personable and articulate candidate who can demonstrate support in an E.A. / P.A. capacity in a busy and at times a very demanding environment.
