EA to Founder

Exciting opportunity to join a creative and fast paced drinks company as an EA supporting the Founder! The successful EA will be the go to for projects, diary management and helping the Founder to put order to the fast paced nature of a small business. Having the confidence to push back on the business needs to protect his time. Bringing real support to the rest of the business, being the eyes on the ground when he is not around. This is a really chance to work with an inspiring Founder and to help him to take the business to the next stage.

Duties will include (But are not limited to):
• To put order and method to the Founders diary and deliverables
• Supporting with one to ones and follow ups
• Working closely with the Head of People to help them keep the culture and people happy
• Meeting co-ordination - anticipating and scheduling time to work in between
• Maintaining complete confidentiality of all business as personal matters
