Reception

Leisure investment fund are seeking a switched on Receptionist to join their busy, buzzing team on a temporary to permanent basis. This organisation is based in the West End, 2 mins from a tube station! Brilliant employee benefits and lucrative bonuses on offer for the successful candidate!

Day to day you will be responsible for:

• Managing a busy switchboard, directing calls and greeting clients
• Coordinating meetings, managing meeting rooms
• Booking travel, coordinating couriers and other services as required
• Provide general administrative support to the team of PA's

This is an exciting role that will allow you the opportunity to work in a temporary basis with a view to convert to permanent for the right individual. The client is seeking solid Reception experience ideally within a corporate/ finance background.
