EA to CFO and COO 12-14 month FTC 40K- Central London-

The current EA will be going on maternity leave and we are looking for someone to begin a 12-14-month fixed term contract.

What does the role consist of?

• Extensive diary and travel management - ensuring that diaries and travel arrangements run smoothly and accurately.
• Acting as first point of contact for CFO and COO.
• Receiving and responding to emails and telephone calls.
• Distribution and preparation of Meeting Papers.
• Working in collaboration with x2 other EA's.
• Formatting of documents.
• Minute taking.
